Currently, ZF Foxconn Chassis Module Shenyang and Beijing factories are serving two top automakers, producing axle modules for 11 different models. In addition, the Beijing plant will begin producing front and rear axle sets based on the new platform in 2026, while the Shenyang plant's all-new vehicle platform will also begin mass production in 2028. ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established in 2024 in which ZF Friedrichshafen AG and Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. each hold a 50% stake. Globally, the company has 25 production sites and 3,600 employees. By 2029, the company plans to double its annual sales from the current 4 billion euros to 8 billion euros. To meet strong order demand, the company plans to build a new factory in Tiexi, Shenyang, China, which is expected to be completed in 2025.
