Junlian Electronics In 2019, the third-generation power semiconductor application laboratory was established. The new energy vehicle electronic control and power supply business department was established. The application development of automotive OBC, DCDC, and 1200V SiC MOSFET products was launched. In 2020, the multi-fusion power domain controller based on SiC materials was approved. A new energy vehicle power domain controller laboratory was established. Hefei Junlian Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. was registered and established. In 2021, the development of SiC multi-fusion power domain controller was completed. The development of SiC single motor controller was completed. The development and trial production of SiC power module were completed. In 2022, the SiC single motor controller was designated by the customer project and the first batch of products were delivered. In 2023, the construction of a production line with an annual output of 200,000 motor controllers was completed. The 250kW SiC high-voltage three-in-one electric drive assembly was designated by the customer project and small batch delivery was completed. The hybrid range extender power generation assembly was designated by the customer project and sample delivery was completed. The eVTOL aircraft SiC motor controller project was designated by the customer project. The SiC power module production base (Shanghai) was put into use.
