Junlian Electronics has obtained more than 10 800V automotive projects

As of August this year, Hefei Junlian Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. has obtained more than 10 800V automotive projects, most of which are from leading automakers. Junlian Electronics signed its first order with JAC Motors in 2022. It is currently actively connecting with many leading companies such as Chery, Geely, Changan, and BYD. In addition, this year it has also opened up the first order in the eVTOL aircraft market, further broadening the company's business scope. Junlian Electronics has been deeply engaged in the 800V high-voltage series of products, benchmarking similar products at home and abroad, which not only greatly shortens the charging time and improves the charging efficiency, but also reduces the weight by about 10 kilograms and reduces the cost by 10%. Since its establishment, Junlian Electronics has focused on the full-stack self-research, production and sales of the entire chain of silicon carbide power modules, electronic controls, and electric drive assemblies. It has an annual production capacity of 200,000 power modules, 200,000 electronic controls, and 100,000 electric drive assemblies. It has passed the IATF 16949 quality management system certification and achieved large-scale mass production and delivery of core products such as 800V SiC high-voltage electric drive assemblies. The total investment of Junlian Electronics' 800V silicon carbide high-voltage electric drive assembly project is 1 billion yuan. The first phase of the project was put into production in 2024. After the project reaches full production, it is expected to achieve operating income of more than 5 billion yuan.
