Junlian Electronics' 800V silicon carbide high-voltage electric drive assembly production base was put into production and products were put into production in batches

On March 30, Junlian Electronics held the "800V Silicon Carbide High-Voltage Electric Drive Assembly Production Base Production and Product Batch Offline Ceremony" at the Intelligent Technology Park (South District) of Hefei Economic Development Zone. The Skyworth EV6II model is equipped with Junlian Electronics' self-developed 800V silicon carbide three-in-one electric drive assembly (250kW), with a maximum operating voltage of 900V and integrated BOOST boost charging function. In August 2023, the 200kW 800V SiC three-in-one electric drive assembly developed by Junlian Electronics rolled off the production line.
