On November 27, 2023, the IGBT module products customized by Macromicro Technology for a Tier 1 manufacturer have completed the designated use of the main drive products for the new models of SERES Automobile. At present, the company has received some orders and has shipped small batches. Company customers: In the field of industrial control, customers include companies such as Huichuan Technology, Delta Group, INVT, and Eaton; in the field of new energy power generation, customers include leading companies such as Customer A, Sungrow Power Supply, AISWEI, Growatt, and Hopewind; in the field of new energy vehicles, customers include BYD, Huichuan, Zhenqu Technology and other companies; charging pile customers include Infineon, Incore, Youyou Green Energy, and Teld. The company has a total of 3 production bases, namely Huashan Factory, Hsinchu Phase 1 and Hsinchu Phase 2. Huashan Factory: The planned production capacity is 4.5 million units/year, and it is expected to be fully operational in 2023. Hsinchu Phase 1: The planned production capacity is 4.8 million units/year. Currently, 3.2 million units/year have been put into production. It is expected that the capacity utilization rate will exceed 60% in 2023. All equipment is expected to be put into use in 2024, and full production will be achieved at the end of 2024. Hsinchu Phase 2: The overall plan is more than 10 million units/year, of which 2.4 million units/year are invested in self-owned funds, 2.4 million units/year are invested in convertible bond projects, and 7.2 million units/year are invested in plastic-sealed modules by holding subsidiaries. So far, three production lines have been built, and the monthly production capacity of each production line is about 100,000 units. The planning will be carried out according to market needs in the future. The core of IGBT, FRED single tube and module is IGBT and FRED chips. The single tube in the company's main business is completely self-developed chips, and more than 60% of module products are self-developed chips (in the products of customer Delta Group, IGBT chips and FRED chips are specified to be purchased from Infineon).
