MG Motors, a subsidiary of SAIC Motors, also plans to join the ranks of solid-state battery vehicles, and is expected to launch its first mass-produced model equipped with solid-state batteries in 2025. At the same time, IM Motor, another brand of SAIC, has released the L6 model equipped with a 133 kWh semi-solid-state battery, which is expected to have a range of 673 miles and can increase the range by 249 miles with just 12 minutes of charging time.
