About Fuji Electric

Fuji Electric was founded in 1923, and Fuji Electric (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in September 1995. It is one of the subsidiaries of Fuji Electric Group of Japan. For the Chinese market, Fuji Electric has launched the on-board direct water-cooled power module "M653", and recently developed a new on-board module "M675" rated at 750V/820A. The output characteristics of this module are 30% higher than those of M653, and the heat dissipation performance is improved by 20%. Fuji Electric attaches great importance to the Chinese market. In 2013, it established a power semiconductor packaging factory in Shenzhen. With the increase in production capacity and the expansion of production lines, it can now produce a full range of packaging products. In 2022, Fuji Electric will also establish a joint venture with China FAW to establish a factory specializing in the production of on-board power semiconductor modules for new energy vehicles.
