Fuji Electric has a strong product portfolio, with about 30% of its semiconductor revenue coming from the automotive industry. Fuji Electric offers a portfolio of silicon-based IGBT/MOSFET and SiC-based semiconductor products. In 2013, they built a new SiC production line at the Matsumoto plant, including wafer processing and packaging facilities. The company's SiC devices are manufactured using 150mm SiC wafer technology. Fuji Electric's power semiconductor products are roughly divided into two directions, namely automotive and general industry. We plan to increase sales of automotive applications to 50% by 2023, so more than half of our investment is in the automotive direction. IGBT accounts for more than 60% of semiconductor sales (the rest is about 20% of discrete components in the general industry field, and the rest are discrete components in the automotive field, etc.). Our main product R&D is IGBT, and we will continue to increase the R&D of the seventh-generation IGBT and promote the technological development of the eighth-generation IGBT. The goal is to obtain a 20% share of the entire SiC power module market in 2025-2026. Based on the estimated market size, the amount is approximately 10-15 billion yen (approximately 600-900 million yuan).
