X-Fab is a world-leading analog/mixed-signal semiconductor wafer foundry headquartered in Europe, and is also the world's first foundry to provide 150mmSiC process. It has a large number of high-quality customers worldwide. In 2022, the company's annual revenue was US$739.5 million, mainly focusing on automotive, industrial and medical applications. Full-year SiC revenue was US$54.5 million, a year-on-year increase of 61%.
