Wuxi Xindong Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. is a power semiconductor module packaging and testing company under Great Wall Motors. It currently has Frankfurt R&D Center, Shanghai R&D Center, Baoding Application Center, and Wuxi Third Generation Semiconductor Manufacturing Base. Focusing on the R&D and innovation of Si IGBT & SiC MOS, with independent and controllable core technology, it is committed to providing superior performance power products and solutions for customers in the new energy fields such as new energy vehicles, photovoltaics, and energy storage. The project team was established in October 2021, the third-generation semiconductor module packaging and testing project was signed in Wuxi in August 2022, Wuxi Xindong Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in November 2022, and the "third-generation semiconductor module packaging and testing project" of Wuxi Xindong Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. was officially laid in February 2023. In June 2023, the IGBT module was officially mass-produced. The first GFM platform 750V/820A IGBT module passed the automotive-grade AQG324 certification. In October 2023, the first packaging and testing production line of Xindong Semiconductor Wuxi Factory was put into operation, and the IGBT module was successfully installed in November 2023. The company has completed the product development and verification of 750V IGBT and 1200V SiC automotive-grade power modules in different packaging forms. Wuxi third-generation semiconductor module packaging and testing manufacturing base, full-factor traceability smart factory (TFTP), with a total investment of 800 million yuan. It is planned to have a 10,000-level clean room of 3,800 square meters and an annual production capacity of 1.2 million. It uses international cutting-edge equipment, and the production line is compatible with IGBT and SiC wafers of various specifications.
