Jiangsu Xinchangzheng Microelectronics Group Co., Ltd. was established on March 27, 2017 with a registered capital of 418 million yuan. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating the design, development, packaging and manufacturing of new power semiconductor devices. Its core businesses include: IGBT, MOS FET, SiC and other chip product technology development, IGBT module design, packaging, test foundry, etc. The core businesses include: silicon-based chips and module series, third-generation semiconductor chips and module series (SiC, GaN) and power device testing equipment. The headquarters is located in Nanjing, the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties, and the production and manufacturing base is located in the beautiful coastal city of Rongcheng, Shandong. It also has offices in Shenzhen, Wuhan, Xi'an and other places. The company currently has more than 300 employees, of which R&D accounts for 40%.
