The Lingang New Area Management Committee signed a strategic cooperation agreement with AMD Semiconductor Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. AMD plans to invest 1 billion yuan in Lingang to build an electron beam and optical measurement equipment R&D and manufacturing base project, dedicated to the development of major integrated circuit equipment technology and product marketization, and explore the application of artificial intelligence in image processing and equipment intelligence.
