Mercedes-Benz China plans to lay off about 15% of its employees, with a compensation plan of N+9

Mercedes-Benz China started laying off employees on February 26, mainly in sales and auto finance, with an estimated layoff rate of 15%. The laid-off employees will receive an N+9 compensation package, and if they do not find a new job within the next two months, Mercedes-Benz China will also pay an additional two months' salary to the dismissed employees.
