China Resources Microelectronics' automotive electronics business CAGR exceeds 70%

With the completion and production of the Chongqing 12-inch automotive-grade power device wafer production line and the supporting automotive-grade advanced power semiconductor packaging and testing base of Runxi Microelectronics, a subsidiary of China Resources Microelectronics, at the end of 2022, China Resources Microelectronics' automotive-grade power device industry base has taken shape. China Resources Microelectronics provides a full set of power device solutions for multiple application scenarios such as automotive powertrain and voltage conversion, air conditioning and heat pipe systems, body and chassis, domain control and others. CR Micro's product technologies also comprehensively cover super junction MOS, SiC, IGBT, LV-MV MOS, etc. The company's automotive electronics business achieved significant growth, with a CAGR of over 70%.
