Among them, the silicon carbide business has become the company's main growth point. In 2024, the revenue of SiC business reached 1.016 billion yuan, an increase of more than 100% over the previous year. In the automotive field, Xinlian Integration achieved a revenue of approximately 3.253 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 41.02%. The company has deeply laid out about 70% of the number of automotive chip platforms for complete vehicles, mainly providing power chips and modules, sensor products, and providing complete foundry solutions.
