The company's main products are SiCIGBT modules and discrete devices used in new energy vehicles and photovoltaic energy storage and charging fields. The company has completed more than 400 million yuan in financing, with Zhang Shilong, the actual controller of listed companies Saiwei Electronics (300456.SZ) and Shengbang Shares (300661.SZ), Zhongyu Energy (03633.HK) and Hefei's provincial, municipal and district government investment platforms jointly investing. The company's first phase factory is located in the Industrial Park at No. 789 Changning Avenue, High-tech Zone, with a factory area of ​​7,000 square meters. The second phase of the self-built factory is located in Xiaweigang, with a land area of ​​80 acres. Up to now, the company has completed mass production of three SiC IGBT manufacturing production lines, and currently has an annual production capacity of 600,000 automotive-grade modules, 800,000 optical storage and charging modules, and 12 million discrete devices. It is also building a production line with an annual output of 500,000 S(C) plastic-encapsulated modules (including DCM, TPAKDSC).
