The total planned production capacity of Zhixin Semiconductor Project is 1.2 million units, which can meet the IGBT demand of one million new energy vehicles in the "Eastern Wind Rising" plan by 2025; the first phase will achieve the packaging capacity of 300,000 full-passenger car-grade modules per year and build a power semiconductor industrialization base. This is also the first power semiconductor industrialization base in Central China, with a full set of capabilities such as IGBT design, manufacturing, packaging and testing.
