Mitsubishi Electric Corporation was founded in 1921. Mitsubishi Electric's power semiconductor manufacturing plants are distributed all over the world. In Japan, China and Europe, we have more than 10 power semiconductor wafer and device manufacturing bases, among which the power device manufacturing plant in Fukuoka and the wafer factory in Kumamoto play a pivotal role in R&D and production. Focusing on business expansion in the Chinese electric vehicle market, Mitsubishi Electric will not only supply customers with the third-generation automotive-grade power module - SiC EV T-PM, but also supply SiC power chips based on 8-inch wafer technology. Mitsubishi Electric has 15 automotive parts factories worldwide, 11 of which are located outside of Japan.
