The main products include automotive-grade and industrial-grade silicon carbide power modules and single tubes, which are widely used in new energy vehicle main drive and photovoltaic storage and charging, power supply and other fields. Since 2022, Xinju Energy's silicon carbide products have achieved large-scale mass production in new energy vehicle main drive inverters.
