After more than two years of development, it now has nearly 100 R&D, production and management personnel. Zhou Xiaoyang leads the team to deeply engage in the design, research and development and production of IGBT and SiC main drive modules for new energy vehicles, and has applied for 65 patents. Xinju Energy is building a third-generation semiconductor R&D and production base project in the Wanqingsha Bonded Port Processing Zone in Nansha District, covering an area of ​​60 acres with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan. Based on third-generation semiconductor material technologies such as silicon carbide, it focuses on electric vehicles and related application fields to build a design, research and development and production base for semiconductor packaging devices and module products. At present, the construction and interior decoration of the first phase of the project have been completed, and it is expected to be officially put into production in June this year.
