AST Main Products

Founded in December 2017, AEST is engaged in the research and development of SiC MOS chips and the production of power modules. It has currently mass-produced SiC MOSFETs and SiC power modules of different voltage levels such as 650V, 1200V, 1700V, and 3300V, as well as complete machine application system solutions based on SiC power devices. AEST achieved mass production of SiC MOS six-inch process in 2020, and is the first manufacturer in China to mass-produce six-inch SiC MOS, with a wafer taping yield of up to 91%; in 2021, it achieved mass production of SiC MOS 1200V 17 milliohm chips, and the yield of 1200V 80 milliohm chips was as high as 95%. In November of the same year, it obtained IATF16949 and ISO9001 dual system certifications; in July 2022, it obtained the automotive-grade reliability certification AEC-O101 certification, becoming the first domestic supplier of silicon carbide devices and application solutions to pass this certification. On March 15, AST reached an important cooperation with Taiwan's Hanlei Group in SiC MOSFET. It is understood that it has signed a three-year OEM agreement with Taiwan's Hanlei; on June 14, AST reached an important cooperation with Shenzhen Esprin. It is understood that AST had previously provided Esprin with 400 customized 1700V 17 milliohm SiC MOS chips in 2022 to cooperate with it in developing a new SiC MOS motor controller platform.
