Introduction to Tongguang Co., Ltd.

Hebei Tongguang Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in May 2012 with a total investment of 2 billion yuan. It specializes in the research and development, production and sales of silicon carbide single wafers. It has worked closely with the Institute of Semiconductors of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to build an internationally advanced and complete carbonized substrate production line from raw material synthesis, crystal growth, substrate processing to wafer testing. Tongguang Co., Ltd. has three factories, Baoding Tongguang Crystal Factory, Laiyuan Factory, and Baoding Tongguang New Materials Factory, with a total planned production capacity of 700,000 pieces, covering a complete production line from raw material synthesis, crystal growth, substrate processing to wafer testing. Baoding Tongguang New Materials Factory has only opened the first phase, with a total capacity of more than 1 million pieces. Since its establishment in 2012, Tongguang Co., Ltd. has focused on the research and development and production of silicon carbide (SiC) materials and has completed 8 rounds of financing.
