About Shuoke Crystal

Shanxi Shuoke Crystal Co., Ltd. was established in October 2018 and is affiliated to China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. It is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of silicon carbide, a third-generation semiconductor material. Shanxi Shuoke Crystal Co., Ltd. is a SiC substrate production enterprise under China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, and has a close relationship with enterprises such as China Electronics Technology Group Corporation's 55th Institute and 2nd Institute. In April 2019, the company applied for the "China Electronics Technology Group (Shanxi) Silicon Carbide Materials Industrial Base (Phase I)" project, and plans to invest 770 million yuan to build a SiC substrate production line. After the project is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 75,000 SiC substrates and 1.2 tons of moissanite crystals. In December 2020, the first phase of the project was completed and accepted. As time goes by, the company gradually began to plan the second phase of construction.
