Saida Semiconductor ကို 2023 ခုနှစ် အောက်တိုဘာလတွင် တည်ထောင်ခဲ့ပြီး Wensheng Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. မှ ရာနှုန်းပြည့် ပိုင်ဆိုင်ထားပြီး၊ ထိန်းချုပ်သူမှာ ရှယ်ယာရှင်နှင့် အမှန်တကယ် ထိန်းချုပ်သူမှာ Great Wall Motors ၏ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ Wei Jianjun ဖြစ်သည်။ 2023 ခုနှစ် မေလအစောပိုင်းတွင် Great Wall Holdings Biddings Center မှ "Seiko Automation SiC Epitaxial Plant Renovation and Design Project" ကို 2023 ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလတွင် စတင်ခဲ့ပြီး၊ အဆိုပါစီမံကိန်းသည် Xushui Economic Development Zone, Baoding City, Hebei Province တွင် အခြေချနေထိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
