Environmental impact assessment of Saida Semiconductor's annual production of 300,000 pieces of silicon carbide epitaxial project is announced

According to the announcement of Saida Semiconductor, the construction site of the project is in Xushui Economic Development Zone, Baoding City, Hebei Province, with a total investment of about 1.47 billion yuan. The project covers an area of ​​11,979 square meters and a total construction area of ​​7,887 square meters. It will lease the original factory buildings and vacant land (Hua Xun factory buildings) of Great Wall Motors Xushui Branch to form the company's production and R&D factories. The project plans to purchase major production, R&D and ancillary equipment such as epitaxial equipment, testing equipment, and cleaning equipment, with an initial production capacity of 15,000 pieces/year and a planned production capacity of 300,000 pieces/year in 2027.
