BYD executives increase stake in the company

BYD's senior vice presidents Luo Hongbin, Zhou Yalin, Yang Dongsheng, vice presidents Luo Zhongliang and Li Wei, and other 33 core personnel increased their holdings of the company's A shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system between September 2 and 9, 2024, with a total increase of 142,000 shares and an increase amount of 35.4536 million yuan.
