Baishi Electronics' 8-inch SiC epitaxial wafers have reached the international advanced level in key technical indicators. The first production line was put into operation in Pukou District, Nanjing in 2021, with an annual production capacity of 50,000 wafers. With the continuous growth of market demand, the company is planning to implement the second phase of the production line in the Yangtze River Delta region, with an estimated production capacity of 280,000 wafers/year to meet the growing demand for automotive-grade third-generation and a half epitaxial wafers. The company has the production capacity of 6-inch and 8-inch SiC/GaN epitaxial wafers, among which 3300V silicon carbide epitaxial wafers have achieved high yield and high-quality stable production.
