Xinhuazhang upgrades its strategy and appoints new co-CEO

Xinhuazhang, a domestic EDA manufacturer, has recently experienced a major personnel change. Wang Libin, the original founder, chairman and CEO of the company, has stepped down as CEO, and Xie Zhonghui and Qi Zhenghua have jointly taken over as the new co-CEOs. At the same time, the company's CTO Fu Yong and COO Fu Qiang have also left. Xinhuazhang was founded in March 2020 and is headquartered in Nanjing, dedicated to providing verification solutions from chips to systems. So far, they have released more than a dozen digital verification products and obtained more than 200 independent research and development patent applications. This high-level adjustment is seen as a key step for Xinhuazhang to move towards large-scale development.
