Hantian Tiancheng's product classification by size: 6-inch (150 mm) and 4-inch (100 mm), 8-inch silicon carbide epitaxial wafers, product classification by doping elements: N-type epitaxial wafers, P-type epitaxial wafers and PN multi-layer epitaxial wafers. According to CASA statistics, based on the total shipment volume of the export market and the self-supply market (equivalent to 6 inches), the company's market share of Hantian Tiancheng in 2022 is about 19%; based on the shipment volume of the export market (equivalent to 6 inches), Hantian Tiancheng's global market share in 2022 is about 38%. Capacity shipment: The corresponding production capacity in 2020, 2021, 2022, and the first half of 2023 is 24,000 pieces, 26,300 pieces, 99,000 pieces and 120,100 pieces respectively. As of January 1, 2024, Hantian Tiancheng's monthly production capacity is about 40,000 pieces. Domestic customers include: CRRC Times, BYD Semiconductor, Xinlian Integrated, China Resources Microelectronics, Jita Semiconductor, and Zhanxin Electronics.
