The total investment of Zhongyi Chuangxin's SiC powder project is 2 billion yuan, and it plans to build a 2,000-ton silicon carbide semiconductor powder production line in phases. Among them, the total investment of the first phase of the project is 600 million yuan, with an annual production capacity of 500 tons and an area of ​​12,000 square meters. As a SiC powder and substrate manufacturer, Zhongyi Chuangxin was established in May 2023. It is a startup company that has only been established for one year, but it has been able to make significant progress in the SiC field in a short period of time, which is directly related to Pingmei Shenma Group, which holds a 70% stake in it. As early as 2021, Pingmei Shenma Group invested 70 million yuan to launch a SiC-based semiconductor material demonstration line development project, mainly developing and producing SiC powder and SiC substrate materials, aiming to create a "test field" for the chip material industry.
