Harbin Keyou Semiconductor Industry Equipment and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (afgekort: Keyou Semiconductor) werd opgericht in mei 2018. Het is een hightechonderneming voor technologisch onderzoek en ontwikkeling die zich richt op onderzoek en ontwikkeling van halfgeleiderapparatuur, substraatproductie, apparaatontwerp, technologieoverdracht en transformatie van wetenschappelijke onderzoeksresultaten. Keyou Semiconductor beheerst veel belangrijke kerntechnologieën zoals siliciumcarbide kristalgroei, siliciumcarbide substraatproductie en siliciumcarbide apparatuurproductie. Het heeft de mogelijkheid om grote, goedkope geleidende siliciumcarbide substraten en high-end intelligente halfgeleiderapparatuur massaal te produceren. Het heeft onafhankelijk 's werelds grootste 8-inch inductieverwarming en weerstandsverwarming siliciumcarbide kristalgroeiapparatuur ontwikkeld en is daarmee het enige bedrijf in China dat beide typen kristalgroeiovens bezit.
