FAW-Volkswagen accelerates development of new generation hybrid models

FAW-Volkswagen is accelerating the development of a new generation of hybrid products. The new system is completely independently developed, and the specific power structure has not yet been disclosed. It plans to launch three models, including two SUVs, and is expected to be mass-produced in the Tianjin plant in 2026. The Jetta brand will also launch new models, including the A-class pure electric sedan and the subsequent five pure electric and new generation plug-in hybrid models.
