Changan Automobile and Huawei's cooperation is progressing smoothly

Changan Automobile announced on February 28 that its joint venture Avita has paid the second payment of 5.75 billion yuan to Huawei. Since the signing of the equity investment agreement in August 2024, Avita has paid more than 8 billion yuan to Huawei Yinwang. According to Changan Automobile's announcement, Avita Technology officially invested in Yinwang, holding a 10% stake, and the transaction amount was 11.5 billion yuan.
