Times Electric's 7.5-generation IGBT chip technology products have achieved mass delivery

Times Electric has achieved mass delivery of IGBT 7.5-generation chip technology products in the first half of 2024, and has also completed the development of the fourth-generation trench gate chips for silicon carbide products and the transformation of silicon carbide production lines. Times Electric announced at an investor survey on September 10 that they have successfully developed an electric drive system based on silicon carbide devices and plan to start selling it this year. The company's silicon carbide products currently have an annual production capacity of 25,000 pieces of 6-inch silicon carbide.
