Suzhou Everbright Huaxin Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 and is located in Suzhou, Jiangsu. The company is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of high-power semiconductor laser chips, high-efficiency laser radar and 3D sensor chips, high-speed optical communication semiconductor laser chips and devices and systems. Products are widely used in: industrial laser pumping, laser advanced manufacturing equipment, biomedical beauty, high-speed optical communication, machine vision and sensing, etc. A complete process platform and mass production line has been built from chip design, MOCVD (epitaxial), lithography, cleavage/coating, packaging testing, fiber coupling, etc. It is one of the few companies in the world that develops and mass produces high-power semiconductor laser chips. In 2013, the company achieved full mass production of fiber coupling modules and array modules. In 2017, the company launched the 360w 200μm 976nm wavelength-locked fiber coupling module product. In 2018, the company established the VCSEL Division and the Laser System Division, and built a 6-inch VCSEL chip line; launched 1000w 940nm bar chips, 180w 135μm/280w 200μm/350w 200μm 976nm fiber-coupled module products. In 2019, the company launched 15w high-power semiconductor single-tube chips, 600w 200μm 976nm fiber-coupled modules and various series of direct semiconductor lasers. In 2020, the company launched 18W and 25W high-power semiconductor single-tube chips, VCSEL surface-emitting semiconductor laser chips; and introduced InP optical communication chip manufacturing processes and production lines. In 2021, the company achieved mass production of 30W high-power semiconductor single-tube chips. In 2022, the company was listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
