Ruishi Technology has received nearly 100 million yuan in B1 round financing. Investors in this round include Ruicheng Fund under Chery Group, Cornerstone Capital and Nanshan Zhanxin Investment, and old shareholder Ivy Capital continues to invest. Ruishi Technology was founded in March 2018 and is committed to providing world-leading VCSEL chips and optical solutions for customers in the fields of smart hardware, smart driving, lidar, medical health, etc. In the field of consumer electronics, Ruishi's VCSEL chip products have entered the supply chain of major consumer electronics manufacturers in Japan and South Korea, and have accumulated more than 10 million units in mass production and shipment, ranking first in China. In the automotive field, Ruishi has continued to invest in the research and development of related products since its establishment. In 2022, Ruishi successively passed the AEC-Q102 automotive certification and IATF16949 international automotive quality management system certification. In early 2023, Ruishi's VCSEL products were installed in BYD, helping its Yangwang series of cars to achieve nighttime smart driving. At the same time, the company has been working closely with domestic and foreign automotive lidar companies on the next-generation VCSEL lidar project. In the field of smart hardware, Ruishi actively promotes the innovative application of VCSEL technology in various application scenarios. In addition to helping Xiaodu delivery robots to perceive the surrounding environment in all directions, the company also joined hands with the leading radar solution provider in the sweeping robot industry to jointly launch the industry's first laser navigation LDS solution based on VCSEL technology, and successfully mass-produced and shipped over one million units. At the end of last year, Ruishi's VCSEL products also entered the supply chain of the leading domestic projector brands and were mass-produced and shipped. Currently, Ruishi is also the company with the largest market share in VCSEL projection applications.
