Pinejie Semiconductor completes hundreds of millions of yuan in financing to accelerate supply chain construction

Pinejie Semiconductor (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. recently announced that it has completed a financing of several hundred million yuan. This round of financing was led by Shanghai Semiconductor Equipment Materials Industry Investment Management Co., Ltd. and followed by Nanjing Innovation Investment Group. The funds will be used to strengthen the company's supply chain construction. Since its establishment in 2018, Pinejie Semiconductor has been committed to becoming a leading brand of China's third-generation semiconductor power devices, mainly engaged in power device products including silicon carbide MOSFET, silicon carbide SBD and gallium nitride HEMT.
