Guoxuan High-tech (002074) announced on December 12 that it will invest in new lithium battery production bases in Slovakia and Morocco, with a total investment of no more than 2.514 billion euros. The project in Slovakia will be implemented by its holding subsidiary GIB EnergyX Slovakia s.r.o. and is expected to be completed within three years. The project in Morocco will be implemented by its holding subsidiary Gotion Power Morocoo S.A. and is expected to be completed within five years. The two projects are aimed at meeting the company's future business development and market expansion needs and promoting the company's internationalization strategy.
