Silan Chip Technology received 1.6 billion yuan in new funding to accelerate the development of 12-inch chip production lines

Integrated circuit IDM company Silan Microelectronics announced that it will increase its capital by RMB 800 million to Xiamen Silan Jike Microelectronics Co., Ltd. for the construction and operation of its 12-inch integrated circuit chip feature process production line (power semiconductors and MEMS). After this capital increase, Silan Microelectronics' shareholding ratio in Silan Jike will increase from 18.719% to 27.447%.
