On the evening of September 11, Hangzhou Gallium Ren Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Gallium Ren Semiconductor") announced that the company made a breakthrough in gallium oxide substrate processing technology in August this year and successfully developed an ultra-thin 6-inch substrate with a thickness of less than 200 microns.
