Goertek promotes new strategy, its subsidiary Goertek Microelectronics plans to be independently listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange

Goertek (002241.SZ) announced on the evening of September 13 that it plans to split its holding subsidiary Goertek Microelectronics Co., Ltd. ("Goertek Micro") and list it independently on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This move is aimed at maintaining the stability of Goertek's equity structure and continuing to maintain its controlling position in Goertek Microelectronics. Goertek Microelectronics is the only entity within the Goertek Group that focuses on the research, development, production and sales of MEMS (micro-electromechanical systems) devices and microsystem modules.
