WeRide launches first L4 autonomous shuttle project in Europe

WeRide, in partnership with Renault, French autonomous driving operator beti, and insurance group Macif, launched Europe's first L4 autonomous shuttle project that achieves fully unmanned commercial operation on public roads. The project was unveiled on February 27, 2025 on an ordinary road in Drôme, France.
