SILCON's SiC MOSFET business performs well, with full-year revenue expected to reach RMB 1 billion

Xinlian Integration has performed well in the SiC MOSFET business, with a year-on-year growth of 300% in the first half of 2024. The company continues to expand domestic and foreign OEM and Tier 1 customers, and expects annual silicon carbide business revenue to reach 1 billion yuan. Xinlian Integration said that since the mass production of planar SiC MOSFET in 2023, 90% of the company's products have been used in new energy vehicle main drive inverters, and its shipments have ranked first in Asia.
