RoboSense plans to raise HK$1 billion, 70% of which will be invested in the research and development of robotics business

RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd. plans to place up to 22 million new shares at HK$46.15 per share, and the net proceeds from the placement are expected to be approximately HK$1 billion. About 70% of the net proceeds will be used for the research and development of the robot business.
