Mobileye launches new EyeQ series chips

Mobileye, a leading company in autonomous driving technology and advanced driver assistance systems, recently launched the new EyeQ series of chips. This series of chips includes EyeQ4, EyeQ5, EyeQ6 and the latest EyeQ Ultra. Among them, EyeQ Ultra contains 12 dual-threaded CPU cores based on the open source RISC-V architecture, and is equipped with a graphics processing unit and a vision processing unit from Arm. This chip integrates an image signal processor and a video encoding core, and has 64 dedicated accelerator cores, including 16 convolutional neural network accelerators.
