According to people familiar with the matter, TikTok's parent company ByteDance is accelerating its pace of self-developed artificial intelligence chips, aiming to enhance its competitiveness in China's artificial intelligence chatbot market. It is reported that ByteDance plans to cooperate with chip manufacturing giant TSMC to achieve mass production of two self-developed semiconductor chips by 2026, using 5-nanometer technology.
