Revenue of other subsidiaries of SERES Group

In the first half of 2024, SERES achieved operating revenue of 65.044 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 489.6%, gross profit margin rose to 25.0%, and net profit margin (excluding non-recurring items) was 1.437 billion yuan, compared with a loss of 1.885 billion yuan in the same period last year. SERES Automotive (Hubei) [Dongfeng Xiaokang] had revenue of 3.344 billion yuan, and net profit turned into a loss of 258 million yuan; Xiaokang Power had revenue of 3.361 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 345.7%, and net profit of 132 million yuan; Xiaokang Import and Export had revenue of 1.708 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 31.6%, and net profit fell to 22 million yuan; Auto Parts [Parts] had revenue of 470 million yuan, and net profit of 6 million yuan, and the gross profit margin of the parts business was not high, at around 11%.
