In the third quarter of 2024, although the overall heavy-duty truck market demand was relatively under pressure, Sinotruk's revenue performance was better than the industry. The overall sales volume of heavy-duty trucks in the quarter was 178,000 units, a year-on-year decrease of 18.2%, while Sinotruk achieved an operating income of 9.19 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 13.1%, but the net profit attributable to the parent reached 320 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 97.9%. This is mainly due to the fact that Sinotruk, as an important export manufacturer of Sinotruk Group, has benefited from the growth of exports, which has optimized its sales structure.
