BMW announces termination of dealer agreement with G.A. Group

BMW recently announced that due to the poor management of the G.A. Group, the capital chain was broken, the qualification certificates could not be redeemed for customers, and the payment to BMW and its affiliates was overdue, so it decided to terminate the dealer agreement signed with it. The decision will take effect from September 20, 2024. The G.A. Group once owned 9 BMW 4S stores, 2 BMW quick repair shops and 1 city showroom, and signed relevant agreements with BMW. In addition, the G.A. Group also owns 5 MINI showrooms, but the agency and service agreements of these showrooms will also be terminated with the termination of the dealer agreement.
