Cerence Chat Pro is now available on Volkswagen vehicles in the U.S. to enhance the in-car interactive experience

Cerence Chat Pro is already available in the 2025 Volkswagen Jetta, Jetta GLI and MY24 ID.4 models in the U.S. This technology based on large language models (LLMs) allows drivers to communicate more naturally with the Plus Speech voice assistant "IDA", providing a better in-car interactive experience. Cerence Chat Pro will also be deployed in Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport models in 2026.
